The guidelines listed in these documents apply to all Quintet owners, residents, tenants guests, and pets. While The Quintet is a pet-friendly community, please be aware that the bylaws restrict pets to a 15 pound weight limit. The Quintet is in Washington County, which makes the taxes about $1,000 less than similar properties in Multnomah County. When comparing The Quintet's dues, consider what you pay for these amenities individually.
