The guidelines listed in these documents apply to all Quintet owners, residents, tenants guests, and pets. While The Quintet is a pet-friendly community, please be aware that the bylaws restrict pets to a 15 pound weight limit. HOA dues:

* Clubhouse with library, large screen TV with VCR/DVD and meeting
rooms
* Two lighted tennis courts
* Private picnic area with three barbeques and picnic tables
* On-site wooded pet-walking trail
* Secured garages with remote access
* Assigned parking spaces for residents and guests
* TV-monitored remote-controlled entry system
* On-site management during business hours
* Evening security personnel
* Expanded basic cable
* Water, sewer, garbage and recycling costs
* Hazard and earthquake insurance
* Maintenance of building exterior, grounds and parking garage
The Quintet is in Washington County, which
makes the taxes about $1,000 less than similar properties in Multnomah County. When
comparing The Quintet's dues, consider what you pay for these amenities individually.
